I studied Drama at Hull University, and also trained with Phillip Zarrilli, Firenza Guidi, and Martial/Healing Arts with Mala Sikka and Dr Shen Hongxun.

February 2011 saw the first production of WiLD - then called Dance Beast Voice Monster - Mooing from the Soul, as a part of Aberystwyth Arts Centre’s Open Platform Scheme. My acting work includes stage, film and voiceover. I run workshops which are an anarchic mixture of theatre, voice, movement, art and play.

I am an actor and theatre maker, singer, and artist based in Wales.

I am fascinated by the creative process, and what happens inside us as we make things - the emotions and thoughts that accompany trying to achieve something. In many ways WiLD is inspired by this interest. I find the best and most pleasurable art is made when we’re not really trying, or at the very least when we’re not trying to be ‘good’.
